Narrow the gap in attainment and progress

Half termly progress meetings with LT.

Pupils are able to concentrate on their learning , improve behaviour, coping in social situations

Half termly discussion with Learning Mentors and LT, review progress. Pupils learning well in class.

they have the opportunity to participate in a range of activities and socialise informally with other pupils.

Pupils have the opportunity to try new activities and develop new skills which also supports higher self- esteem and independence.

Termly review with club co-ordinator re attendance and pupil engagement in the club.
